More than 39 years ago, I began my career
in the jewelry business as a salesman in downtown San Francisco's Union
Square. Fresh out of the Marine Corps, I quickly gained a reputation
as a man of my word in a time when deals were sealed with a simple handshake.
I became a diamond-grading graduate of the Gemological Institute of
America and moved on to work at retail jewelry shops and as a jewelry
salesman up and down the California coastline. In 1989 I met my wife
Nina in a Jewelry store in the Bay Area and we began Estate Jewelers
in 1990.
Nina and I enjoy travelling the country in search of unique and beautiful
items, buying from and selling to the clientele within the jewelry trade
and selling to individuals looking for the unusual and unique one of
a kind pieces. As members of the National Association of Jewelry Appraisers,
both Nina and I continue to share in my mission of giving people personalized
attention and great value in our jewelry purchases. We sell yearly at
jewelry shows and I have recently served on the Appraisers panel at
the Twin Bridges Antique Productions show at the Mt. Shasta Mall. Just
last year we were featured in the Redding Record Searchlight as "Reddings
Hidden Gem." Click

We stand behind
each and every piece of jewelry we sell and take pride in the confidence
our clients have in us. Whether you are buying from or selling to us,
we look forward to creating a personal relationship with you.
Sincerely,
Edward Goehring
